If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you order from our online store we will provide you a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the fiber mill services provided please contact us via email at ruthanne@tworootsfibermill.com and we will work with you to correct the issue and/or to refund the cost of the services provided.
Shipping and handling fee is charged on orders totaling less than $50 and shipped to one address within the continental United States. No shipping and handling is charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more.
USPS is our primary parcel carrier.
The cost of shipping raw fiber to the mill as well as the cost of shipping of fiber products produced from the mill are typically the customers responsibility.
We also offer to ability to drop off/pick up orders at designated shows and festivals.
Prices listed on our online store are retail prices, they do not include shipping and handling fees and are subject to correction or change without notice. As stated previously there is no shipping and handling fees for product orders of $50 or more.
Our fiber mill services are priced based on the weight of the fiber at various stages during the processing. The details of this pricing policy is available here and is subject to change without notice.
We do encourage customers to create fiber orders and lots which will provide pricing details based on the inputs provided.
